April 14, 2016

undefinedDubai-headquartered property developer Cayan Group has received the official go-ahead for its billion-riyal Samaya project in Riyadh, according to a statement from the company.

The mixed use residential project will come up over an area of one million square metres (sqm) in Wadi Hanifah, in the Erga area.

“Samaya addresses market needs for high-end residential compounds that offer integrated services for the residents of Riyadh,” said Ahmed Alhatti, chairman of Cayan Group.

Cayan has obtained all official permits, including the off-plan permit from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and construction work is expected to commence soon.
