Emaar Properties has unveiled a new luxury residential scheme next to Dubai Opera, comprising two towers in the centre of the Downtown district.
The luxury ‘Act One | Act Two’ residences will be launched for sale in London on Wednesday and Dubai on Thursday, Emaar said.
The scheme comprises 718 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a limited collection of penthouses contained within a 52-storey and a 46-storey tower overlooking the Burj Khalifa, Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and soon-to-be-completed Dubai Opera building.
The towers also contain high-end retail, exclusive cafes and amenities including a health club and spa, infinity and other swimming pools. There is a podium connection to the Burj Khalifa as well as roof terraces and balconies.
