Residents in selected villa communities can now receive mail at their doorstep with the launch of Emirates Post Group’s “MyHome” service.
Villa owners and tenants can apply to have a mailbox installed for free on their compound wall or near their main door by Emirates Post Group.
The mailbox comes with separate compartments for incoming and outgoing mail, which can be collected either daily or three times a week, depending on the option selected by the customer.
The service also includes SMS notification on when mail is received and an option to retain the PO Box number in case of a move.
The service is available for an annual rental fee of Dh750 for mail delivery 3 times a week, and Dh1,250 for delivery 6 times a week.
Subscription can be done by filling out a form available at any post office or through the Emirates Post Group website.
